We collect data including identification, name, address, phone number and other contact details from our guests as required for legal and insurance purposes.  We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy and share this information with relevant online travel agents during the booking process and our staff members as required.

We use security cameras (CCTV), ring doorbells and other security recording devices in the common areas of our properties.  We do not use these devices inside private guest rooms.

 

Guests, clients and partners may request that their information be deleted from our records by written request to Stays In Brighton Limited, 2 Broad Street, Brighton BN2 1TJ.  Information may continue to be held for legal reasons.
